Opening your map will reveal a sketch of a ram with a crown once you are in the correct general vicinity. It is best to approach this area during the early morning hours when visibility is high and the weather is clear. Navigating the steep cliffs can be treacherous, so ensure your horse is steady and reliable for mountain travel.
Tracking the First Clue
Once the initial notification pops up, activate your Eagle Eye ability to scan the environment for glowing golden particles indicating a clue. The first sign left behind by the ram is typically located near the shoreline or just up the rocky path leading away from Cattail Pond. Inspecting this pile of dung or broken fur will establish the tracking trail for Arthur to follow.
Following the glowing path using Eagle Eye will lead you directly to a second and third clue hidden further up the ridges. These indicators usually consist of trampled bushes, rubbed tree bark, or distinct hoof prints embedded in the soft dirt. Successfully investigating all three clues ensures the creature will manifest nearby, ready for your final approach.
Effective Hunting Strategies
